PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner is designed for professionals working in project environments, particularly those responsible for integrating project management with product delivery.
The PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner certification is valid for 3 years. To maintain validity, certification holders can either:
- Re-sit the exam.
- Maintain an active AXELOS membership.
Completion of one of the following certifications is required:
- PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation
- PRINCE2® 7 Foundation
- Project Management Professional® (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management® (CAPM)
- IPMA Levels A,B,C and D® (Certified Projects Director)
The primary goal is to help you achieve success in the PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner qualification. To pass the exam, you’ll need to:
- Understand the basic concepts of common agile ways of working.
- Understand the purpose and context for combining PRINCE2® and Agile.
- Be able to apply and evaluate the focus areas to a project in an agile context.
- Be able to fix and flex the six aspects of a project in an agile context.
