Cancellation, Transfer & Refund

Cancellations or transfers at late notice can sometimes have a serious impact on the viability of a course or can preclude others from attending a previously full course. We do accept cancellations and transferrals to courses scheduled more than 10 working days in the future at any time without a charge. However, if your cancellation or transferral is received at short notice the following charges will apply.

We are happy to accept substitutions meeting the required course pre-requisites at any time without charge. The transfer policy for our long courses (three months or longer), the following charges will apply:

IF NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED	TRANSFER	CANCELLATION
More than 10 working days prior to course date	No Charge	Full Refund
Between 5 and 10 working days prior to course date	25% Transfer Fee	50% Refund
Less than 5 working days prior, or on the first day of the course	50% Transfer Fee	No Refund

In the unlikely event of the course in which you have enrolled is cancelled or ACE ceases to offer that course a full refund of all monies paid will be made within thirty days of receipt of claim. The claim must be in writing, dated, signed and sent or delivered to ACE. Include name, address, phone, email address and details of claim
