There are no prerequisites for this course, however, the following would be advantageous
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- General interest in AI or business automation.
- No programming knowledge is required to understand the concepts, although developers and low-code makers will benefit.

Please note: Some of the features demonstrated in this course require a Microsoft 365 Copilot premium licence. You can still learn the concepts without one, but if you want to build and use these AI agents during or after the course, you or your organisation will need the appropriate licence.
