It would be helpful if you had some experience using Copilot Studio, though not necessary.

1. Get started with Microsoft Copilot Studio Learn the main concepts and tools used to create agents for employee or customer needs.
2. Design agent conversations using topics Build guided conversations for specific questions or tasks using topics, which are reusable sections of an agent conversation.
3. Build intelligent agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio Connect agents to knowledge sources and generative AI so they can give relevant, context-aware answers.
4. Add structured automation to agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio Create and test workflows that let an agent carry out predictable, step-by-step tasks.
