The MS-4014 - Build a foundation to build AI agents and extend Microsoft 365 Copilot course introduces learners to the world of AI agents and their business impact. It explores Microsoft’s AI agent ecosystem, including Copilot, Copilot Chat, and custom agent solutions. Learners will understand different extensibility options and how to choose the right development path based on technical and business needs. The MS-4014 course also covers Microsoft's tools and services for building and deploying intelligent, scalable AI agents.
This course is appropriate for any learner who wants to learn the basics of how to extend their Microsoft Copilot 365 functionality.
There are no prerequisites for this course, however, the following would be advantageous
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Basic knowledge of generative AI concepts (agent, model, orchestration, etc.)
- Familiarity with core Microsoft Cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure)
