This course empowers professionals to work smarter and faster across the apps they use every day. Participants learn how to craft high‑quality prompts, use Copilot confidently and securely, and apply its capabilities across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and real-world business scenarios.
This half day course is designed for M365 users they dont have a full Copilot license - there is still so much you can do using Copilot within the Microsoft Applications.
There are no pre-requisites for this course.
The course builds practical skills—like summarising information, generating documents and presentations, analysing data, and improving meetings—while also strengthening broader competencies such as clear communication, productivity, and decision‑making.
By the end, learners leave with repeatable prompt patterns, best practices, and hands‑on experience they can immediately apply in their role.
