Overview
Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing app enabling you to meet virtually with others either by video and/or audio. Learn how to use Zoom effectively, including scheduling meetings, presenting tools, sharing screens and recording meetings. You will also learn how to change the default settings and manage users.

Anyone wanting to use Zoom to confidently schedule and manage virtual meetings.
Prerequisites
Some familiarity with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
What you'll learn
By the end of the course you will know your way around the Zoom app, and be confident in scheduling meetings, managing participants and assigning roles in a meeting. You will also learn tips, tricks and shortcuts for running meetings including sharing your screen, recording meetings and creating breakout rooms.

Can we pay by invoice instead of by card?
Yes. Choose 'Pay by invoice' when you book and we'll hold your place and send the invoice to your accounts address, with a purchase order number on it if you need one. You can also pay by card at the time of booking if that's easier.
Do I need any prior experience?
